The Archer® FusionPlex® Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) Kit is a targeted next-generation sequencing assay to detect and identify fusions, point mutations and expression levels in 81 genes associated with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, including recurrent Ph-Like ALL fusion events. The kit uses Archer’s proprietary Anchored Multiplex PCR (AMP™)-based enrichment to detect fusions, even without prior knowledge of fusion partners or breakpoints.
