The ONCO/Reveal™ Solid Tumor Panel targets numerous, relevant gene regions of interest for researchers looking to explore the genetic sequences of both germline and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) DNA samples from solid tumor samples. The panel utilizes Pillar Biosciences’ proprietary SLIMamp® (stemloop inhibition mediated amplification) technology, allowing researchers to amplify regions of interest in a simple, multiplex reaction for subsequent sequencing on a sequencer using a paired-end read length of 150 (2x150).
