Idylla™ ctNRAS-BRAF Mutation Test

The fully automated Idylla ctNRAS-BRAF Mutation Test is minimally invasive, fast and easy to perform and can be used as complement to tissue testing to determine the RAS/BRAF mutation status at diagnosis. IdyllaTM ctNRAS-BRAF covers 18 mutations in NRAS exons 2,3 and 4 as well as 5 mutations in BRAF codon 600 and showed an high concordance of 100% for NRAS as well as 99.5% for BRAF compared to NGS using plasma samples from 198 mCRC patients enrolled in the prospective multicenter RASANC study.
