LightMix® BRAF V600E/K Kit

The LightMix® kit for the detection of BRAF V600E/K DNA provides a fast, easy and accurate system to identify BRAF 600 mutations from a nucleic acid extract from tissue. The PCR product is analyzed with LC640 labelled hybridization probes specific for c.1799T>A (p.V600E). The test will show a baseline for wild type and displays a melting peak of about 59-60°C if the sample contains the p.Vp.V600E mutation or 53-54°C for the p.V600K and p.V600E2 variants.
