Vartrace® EGFR Panel

VarTrace™ EGFR Assay detects and quantifies 43 recurrent mutations in EGFR at down to 0.1% VAF, requiring 10 – 100 ng cell-free DNA from blood plasma or 10 – 1000 ng DNA from tissue biopsy. The assay also enables identification of cis/trans haplotype information on the C797S and T790M mutations.
