TEST:
UW-Oncoplex™

Type:
Laboratory Developed Test
Related tests:
UW-OncoPlex™ is a multiplexed mutation assay for tumor tissue that assesses mutations >350 genes related to cancer treatment, prognosis, or diagnosis. The test uses next-generation "deep" sequencing to detect most classes of mutations, including single nucleotide variants, small insertions and deletions (indels), gene amplifications, and selected gene-fusions.
Cancer:
Leukemia, Lung Cancer, Melanoma, Prostate Cancer, Sarcoma
Gene:
ABL1 (ABL proto-oncogene 1), AKT1 (V-akt murine thymoma viral oncogene homolog 1), APC (APC Regulator Of WNT Signaling Pathway), ARID1A (AT-rich interaction domain 1A), ARID1B (AT-Rich Interaction Domain 1B), ATM (ATM serine/threonine kinase)
