JAK2 MutaScreen Kits are ready-to-use kits for the detection, qualitative, or semi-quantitative analysis of the JAK2 V617F/G1849T somatic mutation due to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in genomic DNA (see figure JAK2 mutation site identification).
