Yes! Very much appreciate taking immunotherapy into earlier lines for MSI rectal cancer... As has been done in MANY other tumor types. Next up MSI colon cancer? Early Stage MSI with high immunoscore and risk w/ chemo? ()

Why "move on"? The three trials for MSI rectal cancer patients have not fully enrolled. And MSI colon cancer patients don't have immunotherapy options (even if older & immunoscore may make chemo riskier). Moving I/O into earlier lines could help also help the MSS pts... 1/2 ()

I totally agree, these results are encouraging but they do not solve all the problems we have with stage II colon cancer. And they should be compared to other tools such as Immunoscore. ()

Personally, I send ctDNA (signatera) AND immunoscore for patients with stage II colon cancer and don't recommend adjuvant unless ctDNA+ or immunoscore low (@benweinbergmd)
