    AmpFire HPV Assay is a qualitative PCR test for detection of all 15 high risk HPV genotypes in single tube and simultaneously genotype HPV16 and HPV18 by real time fluorescence detection. It requires fluorescence real time PCR equipment with FAM/HEX/ROX/CY5 channels to perform the assay. This kit performs essentially the same function as Roche’s Cobas HPV assay but offers simpler, faster and cheaper HPV assays to the customers.
