    DNA sequencing of the circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) was perfomed on blood samples from 152 patients. 6 patients were positive for both KIT and PDGFRA mutations. There were 3 (2%) patients positive for PDGFRA D842V with resistance to imatinib.
