BMF-219 inhibited cell viability ≥ 90% in six of eight KRAS G12C lung cancer lines….Complete abrogation of growth was observed in all samples with IC50 values ranging between 0.2 μM - 0.6 μM....High potency of BMF-219 was observed amongst various KRAS-mutant cell lines suggesting that BMF-219 broadly inhibits these tumors.
