A strong synergistic effect (Combination index <0.2) was observed in two FLT3-ITD mutated AML cell lines treated with the AMG 176 plus gilteritinib combination...In the MV4-11 AML xenograft model, mice treated with two cycles of AMG 176 (2 days on 5 days off) at 30 mg/kg or with 3 mg/kg gilteritinib daily showed 76% or 74% tumor growth inhibition respectively.
