    The Xpert® Breast Cancer STRAT4 (STRAT4) is a CE-IVD marked, semi-quantitative, cartridge-based RT-qPCR assay for the detection of ESR1, PGR, ERBB2 (HER2), and mRNAs from formalin fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) breast tumors. It Used in conjunction with GeneXpert® technology, Xpert Breast Cancer STRAT4 simplifies breast cancer biomarker assessment through semi-automated sample preparation, automated RNA isolation, reverse transcription, amplification by real-time PCR and detection.
