    The QClamp® PIK3CA Mutation Detection Test is an in vitro diagnostic real-time quantitative PCR assay for the detection of somatic mutations in and near codons 542 and 545 in Exon 9 and codon 1047 in Exon 20 in the human PIK3CA gene, using purified DNA extracted from FFPE or plasma.
