    The HTG EdgeSeq Lung Fusions Assay is a research-use only assay to to measure and analyze mRNA ALK gene fusions common in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Using a single section of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue, the automated, extraction-free HTG EdgeSeq chemistry uses the dynamic range of the Thermo Fisher Ion Torrent Ion S5 sequencer to detect fusions in small samples such as needle core biopsies.
