AmpliMark is the foundational error-correction technology that uses unique molecular barcodes in Lucence’s liquid biopsy tests. It is designed to improve detection of multiple mutation types like single nucleotide variants, insertions and deletions (indels), copy number variations (CNVs), fusions and microsatellite instability (MSI).
