In this study, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of ferroptosis-lipid metabolism interactions in colon cancer by integrating bulk transcriptomic and single-cell RNA sequencing data. The prognostic model constructed on the basis of lipid metabolism and ferroptosis-related genes has potential as an independent prognostic biomarker for colon cancer patients and may serve as a predictor of immunotherapy response, facilitating the optimization of personalized therapeutic strategies.
Additionally, the PRG risk score model exhibited significant associations with sensitivity to multiple drugs. This novel PANoptosis-based model addresses the knowledge gap by providing enhanced prognostic accuracy and clinical utility for personalized ccRCC management, potentially guiding targeted and immunotherapeutic strategies.
KIFs-associated subtypes provide valuable insights into the molecular characteristics and prognostic implications of ccRCC, thereby suggesting potential therapeutic targets for intervention.

Pathway enrichment analysis suggested that the innate immune system represents a convergent biological process underlying β2M, DLBCL, and HL. Our findings suggested that elevated levels of β2M were associated with an increased risk of DLBCL and HL, which is potentially linked to dysfunction of the innate immune system.

Additionally, WDR72 knockdown significantly inhibited CRC cell proliferation both in vitro and in vivo. Our developed ubiquitination-related signature and genes serve as promising biomarkers for colon cancer prognosis, immune microenvironment, and diagnosis.
WDR72 was correlated with IC50 of multiple small-molecule drugs. We identified a novel CSCs-related gene in gastric cancer epithelial cells, WDR72, which was highly expressed in patients with high stemness scores.
