Additionally, the procedure developed based on expression levels of TMEM182, MCM9, LRRFIP1, LAMP1, FAM161A, KLHL36, ETV5, RNF168, SRSF11, NCKAP5, CRTAP, VAMP2, ZBTB49 and RIMBP2 proved to be capable in predicting FOLFOX therapy response. In conclusion, our approach can give a unique insight into clinical decision-making regarding therapy scheme administration, potentially increasing patients' survival and, consequently, medical futility due to incorrect therapy application.

Harmine improved ethanol-induced memory impairment by ameliorating inflammation, increasing BDNF levels, promoting synaptic vesicle fusion, protecting myelin sheath, and modulating neurotransmitter levels. These findings provided a scientific basis for development of therapeutic drugs for alcohol-induced memory impairments and other related disorders.

Loss of VAMP2 or FIP200 enhances cutaneous carcinogenesis in vivo. Together, our findings identify important molecular mechanisms underlying epidermal differentiation and skin tumorigenesis.

These findings suggest that the Rab8a/SNARE pathway in astrocytes enhances vesicle transport and anchoring, increasing the secretion of bioactive molecules that may play a crucial role in the pathophysiology of NPP. Inhibiting this pathway with BONT/A offers a novel therapeutic target for managing NPP, highlighting its potential utility in clinical interventions.

We tested this method using a variety of imaging modalities and pH-sensitive fluorophores, diverse cell types, and various exocytic markers to generate a flexible and intuitive package. We show that VAMP3-mediated exocytosis occurs 30-times more frequently in melanoma cells compared with primary oligodendrocytes, that VAMP2-mediated fusion events in mature rat hippocampal neurons are longer lasting than those in immature murine cortical neurons, and that exocytic events are clustered in space yet random in time in developing cortical neurons.

These clinical manifestations, imaging features, and molecular characterizations would contribute to the diagnostics and potential therapeutic targets for NCP.

We constructed and validated a novel risk model based on the expression of VAMP2 and VAMP5 by bioinformatics analysis and experimental confirmation. This model might be helpful for clinically predicting the prognosis and response to immunotherapy of glioma patients.

This stage acts as a critical checkpoint in OL development, and much is still unknown about the dynamic regulatory processes involved. In this study, we show that VAMP2/3, SNARE proteins involved in vesicular trafficking and secretion play an essential role in regulating premyelinating OL development and are required for healthy myelination in the developing mouse spinal cord.

The model that we developed not only sheds light on the regulatory mechanism of NK cell-related genes in HCC, but also has the potential to advance our understanding of immunotherapy for HCC. With its strong predictive capacity, our model may prove useful in evaluating the prognosis of patients and guiding clinical decision-making for HCC patients.
