    The predicted target genes of the LINC00114/miR-216a-5p axis include uromodulin Like 1 (UMODL1) and oncoprotein induced transcript 3 (OIT3), which are closely related to the survival and prognosis of COAD patients. In summary, we constructed a novel ceRNA regulatory network and identified potential biomarkers for the targeted therapy and prognosis of COAD.
