Deletion of Trp53 and Rb1 in Ctsk-expressing cells drives osteosarcoma progression by activating glucose metabolism and YAP signaling. (PubMed, MedComm (2020))
Ablation of YAP signaling inhibited energy metabolism and delayed osteosarcoma progression in Ctsk-Cre;Trp53/Rb1 mice. Collectively, these findings provide proof of principle that inhibition of YAP activity may be a potential strategy for osteosarcoma treatment.
