TNFR2 HuGEMMTM murine model for evaluation of hTNFα-hTNFR2 signaling effect on induced regulatory T cell differentiation (SITC 2022)
In vitro iTreg differentiation assay can be used to evaluate the drug candidate’s effect on hTNFa-hTNFR2 signaling. These data also suggest that TNFa-TNFR2 signaling plays an important inhibitory role on iTreg differentiation, while it has no obvious effect on iTreg suppressive function on T cell proliferation.

Comprehensive immune profiling of patients with advanced urothelial or renal cell carcinoma receiving immune checkpoint blockade. (PubMed, Front Oncol)
Its dynamic changes during treatment may be used to assess response before radiographic changes are apparent, and these changes may help us delineate mechanisms that underpin both response and resistance to ICI. It also hypothesizes a potential role for γ/δ T cells as effector cells in some cases.

TNFAIP6 Promotes Gastric Carcinoma Cell Invasion via Upregulating PTX3 and Activating the Wnt/β-Catenin Signaling Pathway. (PubMed, Contrast Media Mol Imaging)
Mechanistically, overexpression of TNFAIP6 raised β-catenin ectopic nuclear distribution and activated the Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway. The experimental results show that TNFAIP6 facilitates the aggressive potential of GC cells through modulating PTX3 expression.
