Thalamic Structural Connectivity Alterations in Patients with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy (AES 2023)
Here we identified the bilateral and widespread aberrant structural connections of the thalamus in TLE which may contribute to seizure generation and spread. These findings may contribute to understanding the thalamus’s role in TLE, potentially leading to improved epilepsy treatment.

Moreover, the combined expression of these two proteins was a good tool for prognostication. High TLE1 expression and low TLE2 are independent adverse prognostic factors in LUAD and can serve as prognostic biomarkers.
