Our data suggested that FOLFIRI plus ramucirumab was effective and tolerable for CRC refractory to fluoropyrimidine and oxaliplatin without anti-angiogenesis. Serum VEGF-D levels may not be predictive but TSP-2 may be a potential prognostic biomarker for ramucirumab's efficacy.

THBS2 may serve as a biomarker for immunotherapy in COAD. Upregulated THBS2 expression in CRC cells inhibits anti-tumour immunity through the HIF1A/lactic acid/GPR132 pathway.
Serum TSP-2 levels are a predictive biomarker of HCC occurrence in CHC patients after HCV elimination by DAA treatment. The AFT score using TSP-2, AFP, and the FIB-4 index may identify those who require HCC surveillance.
