Pulmonary hamartoma: a clinicopathological analysis of 316 cases (PubMed, Zhonghua Bing Li Xue Za Zhi)
Pulmonary hamartomas overall have a good prognosis. However, those with cystic changes or intraluminal hamartomas in the bronchus may cause serious airway lesions and therefore require special attention.

IL-4 mediated TAP2 downregulation is a dominant and reversible mechanism of immune evasion and immunotherapy resistance in non-small cell lung cancer. (PubMed, Mol Cancer)
Our study reveals previously unrecognized functions of TAP2 beyond antigen presentation and establishes a reversible multi-cellular axis mediating adaptive immune evasion and immunotherapy resistance with clinical potential.

Identification of TAP2 as a novel immune target in human cancers: insights from integrated bioinformatics and experimental approaches. (PubMed, Eur J Med Res)
Our findings suggest that TAP2 may serve as a promising prognostic marker and immune target in human cancers, warranting further investigation into its role in tumor immunity.

Determination of the Immunomodulatory Role of OTOP2 in Colon Adenocarcinoma. (PubMed, J Cancer)
Immunohistochemical analysis of the TMAs revealed strong associations between OTOP2 expression and MHC-I, TAP1, and TAP2 expression, and between OTOP2 expression and CD8+ T cell infiltration in COAD patients. In summary, our research emphasizes the role of OTOP2 as a tumor suppressor, suggesting its use as a prognostic indicator and predictor of response to immunotherapy in COAD patients.

LMP2 and TAP2 impair tumor growth and metastasis by inhibiting Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and EMT in cervical cancer. (PubMed, BMC Cancer)
LMP2 and TAP2 may inhibit the oncogenesis and metastasis of cervical cancer cells by inhibiting the process of EMT and the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, which may provide important insight into prospective targets for the treatment of cervical cancer.
