STAT2 expression

By applying single cell genomics analyses to a combined FL/HS biopsy, our study aims to understand the evolutionary relationship of HS arising from FL, particularly whether the HS arose from an early dormant clone (branched evolution) or from a late, prevalent Fl clone (linear evolution). Evidence of the former would strengthen the view that common progenitor cells (CPCs) in FL are capable of differentiating into myeloid and lymphoid malignancies.

Conclusively, we revealed that STAT2 is a potential prognosis biomarker and associated with immune infiltration in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma. This study offers additional data that will help in further research on the roles of STAT2 protein in carcinogenesis.

These findings indicate that CXCL9 is a potential clinical biomarker of prognosis and immunotherapy efficacy for TNBC patients. Also, it stimulates JAK/STAT activity, which in turn modifies the tumor microenvironment.

The expression of STATs was significantly associated with immune infiltration and immunotherapy response-associated indicators. This study may help further understand the molecular mechanism of CRC and provide new prognostic biomarkers and immunotherapy targets in patients with CRC.

These findings suggest that the STAT family is a prognostic marker, and the immune infiltration level, a therapeutic target, for endometrial cancer.

GSEA of oral cancers stratified by CXCL10/STAT2 expression showed that activation of T-cell pathways and increased tumor infiltration scores of Type 1 T helper (Th1) and CD8+ T cells were associated with high CXCL10/STAT2 expression. These results suggest that high CXCL10/STAT2 expression can predict a favorable outcome in oral cancer patients.

ZIKV NS5 SUMO sites also transcriptionally regulate cell cycle and ISG responses that permit ZIKV to persistently infect hBMECs. Our findings demonstrate the function of SUMO sites in ZIKV NS5 NB formation and their importance in regulating nuclear responses that permit ZIKV to persistently infect hBMECs and thereby gain access to neurons.
