HOXA9 methylation linked to HOXA9 expression correlates with diverse genetic abnormalities of AML, such as normal karyotype, t(15;17), t(8;21), t(16;16) and FLT3, NPM1 and DNMT3A mutations. Moreover, HOXA9 hypomethylation may be associated with adverse prognosis, and may guide treatment choice in AML.

SOSTDC1 Nuclear Translocation Facilitates BTIC Maintenance and CHD1-Mediated HR Repair to Promote Tumor Progression and Olaparib Resistance in TNBC. (PubMed, Adv Sci (Weinh))
Furthermore, nuclear SOSTDC1 bound to β-transducin repeat-containing protein (β-TrCP) binding motifs of CHD1 is found, thereby blocking the β-TrCP-CHD1 interaction and inhibiting β-TrCP-mediated CHD1 ubiquitination and degradation. Collectively, these findings identify a novel nuclear SOSTDC1 pathway in regulating HR repair and BTIC maintenance, providing insight into the TNBC therapeutic strategies.

The role of basic leucine zipper transcription factor E4BP4 in cancer: a review and update. (PubMed, Mol Biol Rep)
Moreover, recent studies have shown that E4BP4 inhibited the expression of multidrug resistance genes. In this review, we summarize the molecular mechanism of E4BP4 in cancer cellular process, the effects of E4BP4 in cancer immunotherapy and antitumor drug resistance, to provide theoretical basis for tumor treatment strategies targeting E4BP4.

SOSTDC1 acts as a tumor inhibitor in acute myeloid leukemia by downregulating the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. (PubMed, Environ Toxicol)
Collectively, our work demonstrates that SOSTDC1 has a tumor-inhibiting role in AML via downregulation of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. This work underscores a key function for the SOSTDC1/Wnt/β-catenin pathway in AML.

Taken together, our data demonstrate that USP15 can negatively regulate the TRAF6-BECN1 signaling axis for autophagy induction. Thus, USP15 is implicated in lung cancer progression.

Finally, unsupervised clustering revealed two molecular subtypes of MTSCC, displaying different morphology, expression signatures of oxidative phosphorylation, and aggravation. In summary, our analyses identified a three-protein diagnostic panel and molecular subtypes for MTSCC.
