Differential Expression Patterns of SLCO Solute Carriers in Human Breast Cancer Cell Lines and Tumour Samples. (PubMed, J Cell Mol Med)
Quantitative PCR analysis of 18 patients' BC tissue samples revealed variable expression of a number of SLCO transporters, regardless of patients having been treated with or without endocrine therapy prior to tumour excision. Proliferation and gene expression studies were conducted on the cell lines following exposure to β-estradiol, which stimulated cell proliferation in MCF-7 cells, as well as causing a significant increase in SLCO4C1 gene expression.

Expanding the Spectrum of NR4A3 Fusion-Positive Gynecologic Leiomyosarcomas. (PubMed, Mod Pathol)
All cases showed high NR4A3 RNA expression levels and NOR1 (NR4A3) nuclear staining similar to salivary gland acinic cell carcinoma and a subset of extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas harboring NR4A3 rearrangement. NOR1 (NR4A3) immunohistochemistry may serve as a useful diagnostic marker of NR4A3 fusion-positive gynecologic leiomyosarcomas.

This antigen can be targeted with a new monoclonal antibody RB49 that recognizes an epitope located in a region that becomes highly accessible after activation of ET by its ligand. In conclusion, our algorithm identified several candidate antigens that can be used for either single-antigen targeting approaches or for combinatorial targeting in new immunotherapeutic approaches in MM.
