SH3BP5-AS1 is involved in NSCLC development by targeting its downstream target miRNA miR-424-5p, and it is a latent prognostic indicator for NSCLC.

Additionally, Wnt pathway inhibitors like XAV-939 have demonstrated preclinical efficacy, underscoring their therapeutic potential. This review comprehensively analyzes the lncRNA/Wnt axis, highlighting its impact on cell proliferation, motility, and chemoresistance. By elucidating the complex molecular mechanisms of the lncRNA/Wnt axis, we aim to identify potential therapeutic targets for digestive system tumors to pave the way for the development of targeted treatment strategies.

Our research suggests that SH3BP5-AS1 controls miR-6838-5p/PTPN4 in order to act as a new carcinogenic LncRNA during the growth of HCC cells.

Besides, there was a significant negative association between expression levels of FAM13A-AS1, KCNIP2-AS1and LIPE-AS1 genes in tumor tissues and different mitotic rates. Taken together, PPARγ-related lncRNAs might be regarded as potential contributors to the pathogenesis of breast cancer.

In the present research, we elucidate the metastatic relevance and clinical significance of AL359220.1, SH3BP5-AS1 and ZF-AS1 in LUAD. Moreover, MRRS provide a promising assessing model for clinical decision making and prognosis of LUAD.
