SERPINB7 (Serpin Family B Member 7)

This study presents the first proteogenomic profiling of cervical cancer in the Indian population, linking molecular alterations to CCRT response. STK11 and STX3 emerged as predictive biomarkers for poor response, whereas EGFR presents as a promising therapeutic target in the resistant group.

SerpinB2 plays a role in maintaining epidermal barrier integrity and inhibiting keratinocyte proliferation. Here we briefly introduce the structure, functional characteristics, expression and distribution of serpins in skin and focus on the regulation of serpins in the epidermal barrier function and the pathogenic role of serpins in psoriasis.

Our research indicated that pES can provide significant critical information for families with morphologically normal fetuses. Prenatal screening with exome sequencing requires careful management and detailed pre-test and post-test genetic counseling.

These data revealed that SERPINE1 and SERPINB7 have the potential to serve as predictive factors indicating favorable responses to IVC treatment in patients with NSCLC. Further validations are warranted.

Patients expressing higher SERPINB7 levels exhibited distinct chemosensitivity profiles, and methylation of the SERPINB7 gene was linked to CESC patient prognostic outcomes. SERPINB7 was found to be a crucial regulator of CESC progression, prognosis, and the tumor immune microenvironment, highlighting its potential as a diagnostic and prognostic biomarker and target for CESC immunotherapy.
