    miR-4793-3p could act as a biomarker for breast cancer, indicating cancer development and predicting patients' outcomes. miR-4793-3p modulated ferroptosis and therefore regulated tumor progression via suppressing JAK2/STAT3 signaling by targeting RNF169.

    In conclusion, our study hihglights the DNA methylation biomarkers linked to PCa recurrence and introduces a promising SVM model for early prediction, potentially improving treatment outcomes. Further research is needed to explore the biological roles of these genes in PCa aiming to refine therapeutic approaches.
