RASSF7 (Ras Association Domain Family Member 7)

Mechanistically, we elucidated that MIR210HG promoted the malignant phenotypes of TNBC by upregulating the expression of HIF-1α protein, which in turn initiated RASSF7 transcription, resulting in the promotion of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process. Collectively, our results identified MIR210HG as a key molecule mediating exosome-based communication from hypoxic TAMs to TNBC cells and revealed its pro-metastatic role, Consequently, MIR210HG emerges as a highly promising therapeutic target of TNBC.

The determination of serum autoantibody panel has clinical value in screening and prediction of gastric cancer, and can be used as an auxiliary index in clinical diagnosis. The combination of 7-TAAs and Helicobacter pylori can effectively improve the screening specificity and positive predictive value. The detection results of different proteins were related to the stage of disease, the degree of tumor differentiation and the depth of invasion.

In this review, we primarily elaborate the acknowledged structure, progress in the various biomechanisms and research advance of RASSF7 especially the potential relevant signaling pathways. We hope that RASSF7 as a prospective therapeutic target for human malignancies could play an available role in future anti-cancer treatment.

Our results suggest that distinct gene expression patterns exist between primary TNBCs and matched metastatic tumors. Further studies are warranted to explore whether these discrete expression profiles underlie or result from disease status.

In addition, we found some interesting novel prognostic biomarkers such as RASSF7 for luminal A, DCTPP1 for luminal B, DHRS11, KLC3, NAGS, and TMEM98 for HER2, and ABHD14A and ADSSL1 for basal. The findings could provide preliminary evidence to identify putative new prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for individual breast cancer subtypes.
