Precision approaches, including epigenetic therapies and plant-derived compounds, may help bridge survival gaps. Integrating traditional knowledge with modern oncology could yield equitable interventions for high-risk European and African populations.
At the single-cell level, there was some extent of infiltration of tumor microenvironment-related cells in the RARs expression in STAD. Our results evaluated the expression profile and clinical values of RARs in patients with STAD, which provided a basis for future in-depth exploration of the specific mechanisms of each member of RARs in STAD.
Further study revealed that RARB expression was inversely correlated with MSI status and immune infiltrates in vivo. Thus, RARB may be a potential target for the treatment of gastric cancer.
Our findings emphasize that the synergistic action of GSK-126 and ATRA enhances the sensitivity of HCC cells by upregulating the expression of RARG. This presents a potential foundation for personalized HCC treatment.
This research offers new insights into inflammasomes' role in osteosarcoma, introducing novel biomarkers for risk assessment and potential therapeutic targets. Our findings suggest a pathway towards personalised treatment strategies, potentially improving patient outcomes in osteosarcoma.
Thus, this study suggests that for focal therapy by region target hemi-ablation, the safe distance from the index lesion is no less than 10 mm. Noninvasive urine DNA methylation tests in combination with PSAD could be used for further follow-up of the patients, but larger prospective studies with external validation are needed.

Thus, MLAD-seq is more suitable in the scenario where only limited input DNA is available. Taken together, the MLAD-seq offers a valuable tool for bisulfite-free, single-base resolution and quantitative detection of 5mC in limited DNA.
