These findings suggest that the has_circ_0000437/let-7f-5p/RALB axis promotes the MAPK pathway, proliferation, migration, and cycle progression in RVHD, inhibiting the apoptosis process, thereby promoting RVHD development. This pathway may suggest a target for RVHD diagnosis and treatment.

Our integrative genomic analyses identified RALB as a robust susceptibility gene for breast hypertrophy. These findings provide novel insights into the genetic etiology of breast hypertrophy and may facilitate future development of molecular diagnostics or targeted therapies.

This study may uncover key proteomic and immune mechanisms underlying seizure susceptibility, providing possible novel therapeutic targets for refractory epilepsy.

Finally, we report the discovery of a new small molecule inhibitor, OSURALi, which exhibits strong RAL binding, effectively inhibits RAL activation, and is significantly more toxic to RAL-dependent TNBC cells than RAL-independent HER2+ and normal cell lines. These results support the RALs as viable molecular targets in TNBC and the further investigation of OSURALi as a therapeutic agent.

The dysregulation of immune properties/subpopulations, along with the secretion of inflammatory cytokines, contributes to a decline in the quality of the whole imMKCL population.
