    Cell penetrable peptide nucleic acids targeting PDZK1IP1 with anti-inflammatory potential in human keratinocytes. (PubMed, Bioorg Med Chem Lett)
    These modified PNA oligomers effectively suppressed PDZK1IP1 gene expression and alleviated interferon γ (IFNγ)-induced inflammatory responses in normal human keratinocytes. These findings suggest the potential application of modified PNAs targeting PDZK1IP1 in the treatment of skin inflammatory diseases.

    Fenofibrate inhibits MOXD1 and PDZK1IP1 expression and improves lipid deposition and inflammation in mice with alcoholic fatty liver. (PubMed, Life Sci)
    MOXD1 and PDZK1IP1 are key genes in ALD progression; fenofibrate improves liver damage in NIAAA model mice by downregulating their expression. Our findings provide insight for improving diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for ALD.
