Collectively, our results suggest that KLF5 regulates GBC cell proliferation, invasion, migration, angiogenesis, as well as apoptosis, via mediating PDGFA transcriptionally, which might provide a novel therapeutic strategy for treatment of human GBC.
Overexpression of PDGFA in HNSC is significantly associated with poor prognosis and immune cell infiltration in the tumor microenvironment (TME). PDGFA has potential as a molecular indicator for diagnosis, prognosis, and immune processes in HNSC.
Conversely, TP53 point mutations were an early and constant feature of mutant LGAs. Our results suggest that members of the PDGF gene family, in concert with different p53 pathway alterations, underlie LGA behaviors.
