    Secretory breast carcinoma: morphologic and molecular heterogeneity with indicators of aggressive potential in a cohort of 29 cases. (PubMed, J Pathol Clin Res)
    A solid-predominant pattern with increased cytological atypia, mitotic activity, and necrosis may indicate aggressive potential. Routine NTRK testing supports diagnosis and may help identify patients who could benefit from TRK-inhibitor therapy in advanced disease.

    Analysis of Nucleoporin 107 Overexpression and Its Association with Prognosis and Immune Infiltration in Lung Adenocarcinoma by Bioinformatics Methods. (PubMed, Int J Gen Med)
    Cases in the group with high NUP107 expression had poorer immune infiltration, but had higher expression of immune checkpoints, TMB, and proportion of TP53 mutations. NUP107 is a sensitive diagnostic and prognostic factor for LUAD and may be involved in tumor progression through its effects on cell cycle and immune infiltration.

    Nuclear transport surveillance of p53 by nuclear pores in glioblastoma. (PubMed, Cell Rep)
    NUP107 is the keystone for NPC assembly; the loss of NUP107 affects the integrity of the NPC structure, and thus the proportion of 26S proteasome in the vicinity of nuclear pores significantly decreases. Together, our findings establish roles of NPCs in transport surveillance and provide insights into p53 inactivation in GBM.
