In addition, our study was limited by the 2-week temporal variability of BNP and IVC measurements, which may potentially introduce bias because of the dynamic fluctuation of volume status. Further studies with larger cohorts and closer temporal alignment of BNP and TTE measurements are needed to validate these findings.
Decreased concentrations CT-1 and NRG-1 during doxorubicin treatment may increase cardiomyocyte death. Changes in IL-6 and VEGF suggest doxorubicin-related inflammation and angiogenesis. These markers may help identify children at greatest risk of long-term adverse outcomes.
Gene enrichment analysis indicated pathways involving potassium channel regulation and thromboxane signaling to be implicated. This integrative metabolomic and genetic investigation supports a potential protective role of glycoursodeoxycholic acid in cardiovascular vulnerability and motivates larger, carfilzomib-specific studies to evaluate its utility for risk stratification.

Subgroup analysis suggested that reperfusion therapy was associated with increased myocardial injury risk in various patient subgroups. CHD, insular cortex lesions, peak NT-proBNP and CRP levels, and higher stroke severity (NIHSS score) are significant risk factors for myocardial injury in AIS patients with DM.
