NCAPG stimulated LUAD cell stemness through activation of glycolysis pathway. NCAPG may be possible biomarker for diagnosis and target for treatment of LUAD.
Our study suggests that NCAPG is a preliminary tool for the diagnosis of ALF. It can affect ALF via the PI3K/AKT pathway and is a potential therapeutic target to improve prognosis.
This study indicates that NCAPG is one of the essential factors for NSCLC oncogenesis and progression, providing a new target for prognosis prediction and treatment of NSCLC.
Finally, Western blotting showed that NCPAG knockdown dysregulated cell cycle- and epithelial-mesenchymal transition-related molecules. Overall, the results reveal that NCAPG overexpression is a candidate prognostic biomarker and potential therapeutic target in GC.
