Chemotherapy sensitivity analysis revealed varying drug responses between risk groups, while hypoxia- and anoikis-related lncRNAs, including LINC01554, FIRRE, LINC01139, LINC01134 and NBAT1 were downregulated in this model. Research has demonstrated that hypoxia- and anoikis-related lncRNAs serve as reliable biomarkers for predicting liver cancer prognosis and immunotherapy response, offering potential for developing novel therapeutic targets and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes and patient prognosis.
However, these findings may have limited generalizability beyond the Korean population studied and require validation in more diverse populations. This study emphasizes genomic-nutritional integration for personalized hyperuricemia management.

In this review, we delve into the current body of literature, elucidating the tumor-suppressive roles of NBAT-1 and the underlying regulatory mechanisms in the context of human malignancies. Additionally, we shed light on the mechanisms contributing to the diminished expression of NBAT-1 and its potential as both a prognostic biomarker and a promising therapeutic target in cancer.
Eight related gene markers were identified using ImmuneScore, which could predict prognosis and survival in patients with EC. These findings provide a basis for understanding the application of biological information in tumors and identifying the poor prognosis of EC.
In conclusion, the expression levels of circulating H19 and SPRY4-IT1 lncRNAs in breast cancer patients could consider as the prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets in breast cancer, because of their excellent power in discriminating breast cancer from healthy individuals and the significant correlation of H19, and SPRY4-IT1 lncRNAs with clinicopathological traits. We also suggest the possible application of BC040587 lncRNA as a diagnostic and prognostic indicator to assess tumor progression in case of verification in larger patients' cohorts.
