This study establishes a pan-skin cancer immune remodelling framework, providing a foundation for biomarker discovery and the development of new immunotherapy strategies.
Furthermore, network module analysis indicated transcription factors for oestrogen-related receptors to have a potential role during development of TGCT. The overlap between mRNA network hub genes and TGCT susceptibility genes indicates a common role in TGCT development.
In addition, a risk prediction model including the risk score of four key genes (SCD, NARS2, ALDH1A1, and NFXL1) and other clinical-pathological characteristics was constructed and verified to be able to reasonably predict the prognosis of patients receiving ADT. In summary, four key genes from DNBs were identified as potential diagnostic markers for patients treated with ADT and a risk score-based nomogram will facilitate precise prognosis prediction and individualized therapeutic interventions of CRPC.

The prognostic model using the combined LAC score and TME score was able to predict the prognosis of SKCM patients more consistently, and the LAC-TME classifier was able to significantly differentiate the prognosis of SKCM patients across multiple clinicopathological features. The LAC-TME classifier has an important role in the development of immunotherapy regimens for SKCM patients.
