    SEAMARK: Randomized phase 2 study of pembrolizumab + encorafenib + cetuximab versus pembrolizumab alone for first-line treatment of BRAF V600E-mutant and microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H)/mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC). (ASCO 2022)
    Secondary endpoints include safety and tolerability, overall survival, objective response rate, duration of response, and quality of life. Enrollment will begin in April 2022.
