Molecular characteristics and Helicobacter pylori infection rates in patients with gastric cancer in Western Poland: a comparative analysis of gastrectomy specimens across two decades. (PubMed, Front Oncol)
Despite advancements in H. pylori research and technology over 20 years, no improvement was observed in H. pylori-positive tumor rates or early gastric cancer detection in Western Poland. Although molecular characteristics remained largely unchanged, the increased proliferation index in recently diagnosed cancers merits further study.

Measurable Residual Disease Assessment in B-Lymphoblastic Leukemia Using 5- and 10-Color Flow Cytometry: An Institutional Experience. (PubMed, Cureus)
In this cohort, 5‑color flow cytometry provided practical MRD assessment in B‑ALL, whereas 10‑color flow cytometry offered greater immunophenotypic detail and improved recognition of low‑level residual disease. These findings support the routine use of flow cytometry‑based MRD evaluation alongside morphology for post‑induction response assessment and risk‑adapted management in B‑ALL.

Three Years of Idiopathic Chylous Ascites: Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma Behind the Mask. (PubMed, Cureus)
This case illustrates that SMZL, although rare, should be included in the differential diagnosis of persistent chylous ascites. A comprehensive diagnostic approach combining imaging, bone marrow biopsy, and flow cytometry is essential to establish a timely diagnosis and guide appropriate management, especially in elderly patients.

Prognostic significance of Ki-67 in grade 3A follicular lymphoma and development of a novel PFS nomogram. (PubMed, Ann Hematol)
Grade 3A FL is characterized by marked clinical and biological heterogeneity. Our findings indicate that Ki-67 expression serves as a valuable prognostic marker that can inform therapeutic decision-making in patients with grade 3A FL. The proposed model integrating Ki-67 and clinical variables enhances PFS prediction and supports individualized treatment strategies for these patients.

ELOC-mutated Renal Cell Carcinoma: Clinicopathologic, Immunohistochemical, and Molecular Genetic Analysis of 35 Cases. (PubMed, Mod Pathol)
All patients with follow-up data were alive without evidence of disease progression. Our findings expand the clinical, histologic, immunohistochemical, and molecular spectrum of ELOC-mutated RCC and further support its classification as a distinct renal neoplasm.

Renal Adenosarcoma Mimicking a Malignant Pelvocalyceal Tumor: An Interesting Imaging Case. (PubMed, Diagnostics (Basel))
These findings led to the diagnosis of primary renal adenosarcoma. This case highlights the diagnostic challenge of distinguishing this rare tumor from more common renal malignancies and underscores the importance of imaging-pathologic correlation.

Testicular microcystic stromal tumor: a case report with MRI findings and literature review. (PubMed, Am J Transl Res)
This represents the first reported case of testicular MST with MRI findings, and its distinctive imaging features correlate with the tumor's unique histological structure. In this study, we comprehensively analyzed the clinical, radiological, histological, and immunohistochemical characteristics of this case and compared them with previously documented features in the literature, aiming to enhance the understanding of this rare entity and facilitate accurate diagnosis.

Follicular Lymphoma with Signet Ring Cell Morphology: Clinicopathologic Analysis of 31 Cases. (PubMed, Hum Pathol)
We show that SR cells can be numerous in FL, but otherwise these cases resemble classic FL. We also provide results of next generation sequencing data on 4 cases which heretofore has not been reported.

Nonmyeloablative Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation With Postcyclophosphamide in a Case of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Complicated by Ventricular Septal Defect. (PubMed, Transplant Proc)
In this case of ALL with VSD, the VSD hole diameter continued to enlarge during chemotherapy; however, after pre-transplant conditioning with PTCy, the diameter began to decrease around one year post-transplant, though it did not return to its original size. While careful monitoring is needed for right heart failure due to VSD enlargement, pre-transplant conditioning with PTCy was considered a feasible option for hematologic malignancies complicated by VSD.

Ultra-late triple metastasis to the breast, lung, and brain 25 years after nephrectomy for clear cell renal cell carcinoma: a case report and literature review. (PubMed, Front Oncol)
It underscores the necessity of lifelong follow-up for ccRCC survivors and demonstrates the integral role of imaging and pathological confirmation in guiding clinical diagnosis. Furthermore, the remarkable 25-year latency period challenges existing surveillance paradigms and provides a compelling rationale for the use of combined immunotherapy and targeted agents in managing ultra-late, multi-metastatic recurrences.
