    Apelin facilitates integrin αvβ3 production and enhances metastasis in prostate cancer by activating STAT3 and inhibiting miR-8070. (PubMed, Int J Biol Sci)
    Importantly, our in vivo study indicated that inhibiting apelin reduces integrin αvβ3 expression and prostate cancer metastasis. Our results suggest that the apelin/integrin axis is a novel therapeutic target for treating metastatic prostate cancer.

    The LINC01419/miR-8070/RAD51AP1 axis promotes the HBV-associated HCC progression through an HBV-boosted positive feedback loop and Wnt/β-catenin signaling. These findings provide novel insights into the underlying mechanisms and may offer potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets in HBV-associated HCC.
