These in vitro findings were corroborated by in vivo experiments in a TC xenograft model, demonstrating that miR-603 facilitates tumor growth through stabilization of YAP1 protein by targeting HACE1. These results highlight a novel miRNA-mediated pathway influencing TC pathogenesis and suggest potential targets for therapeutic intervention.

The treatment with SANPs encapsulating both miRNAs in combination with TMZ greatly decreased tumour growth, and even more significantly increased animal survival. In conclusion, this strategy provides the rationale for the development of new therapeutic approaches based on SANP technology to deliver miRNAs that play a key role in suppressing tumour.
Arsenic trioxide (ATO) treatment effectively prolongs the overall survival of patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL)...miR-603 increased cell proliferation by promoting the differentiation and inhibiting the apoptosis of NB4 cells. This study shows that the miR-603/ TrkB axis may be a potent therapeutic target for relapsed APL.
