The sensing platform exhibited a strong linear response across both low and high concentration ranges for all three miRNAs, achieving detection limits as low as 1.0 fM. In the present study, we demonstrate, for the first time, altered expression of plasma-derived miRNAs in patients with CLL and MM exposed to pesticides. Moreover, when used as a dual inhibitor along with rapamycin, miR-3143 and miR-3182 significantly increased apoptosis and caused cell cycle arrest in the Jurkat cell line. These preliminary results highlight the potential for improving T-ALL treatment through multi-targeted therapeutic strategies involving rapamycin and miR-3143/miR-3182.

In conclusion, the miR-576-3p/MPP8 axis regulates the proliferation, migration, and invasion of liver cancer cells through the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. These findings lead novel insights into HCC progression, and propose MPP8 as a potential therapeutic target for HCC.
