It appears that miR-4443, miR-572, and miR-150-5p may serve as promising diagnostic biomarkers with high sensitivity and specificity. However, it's important to note that further research will be needed to definitively establish the use of these miRNAs as potential biomarkers in clinical practice.

Expanding frontiers in liquid biopsy-discovery and validation of circulating biomarkers in renal cell carcinoma and bladder cancer. (PubMed, Int Rev Cell Mol Biol)
Our results reveal that though a plethora of circulating biomarkers show early diagnostic ability, all of them are still bench-only biomarkers and require further validation. Adequate clinical trials/studies testing which of these potential markers individually or in combination, will become clinically applicable still remain elusive.

The influence of selected microRNAs on the expression profile of genes and proteins related to the tumor necrosis factor-alpha signaling pathways in endometrioid endometrial cancer. (PubMed, J Cancer Res Clin Oncol)
TNF-α signaling, especially the TNF-α/NF-κB axis, is disrupted in endometrial cancer and worsens with disease progression. The observed changes may be the result of miRNAs' activity in the initial stage of endometrial cancer and its gradual loss in later grades.

Finally, distinct studies have reported down-regulation of circCDYL and up-regulation of circ0093740 and circSLC7A6 in this tumor. Dysregulation of these transcripts represents a new avenue for identification of the pathetiology of this pediatric tumor as well as design of targeted therapies.
