Among the differentially expressed mRNAs, we identified 360 mRNAs that were targets of the differentially expressed miRNAs, which enriched 23 biological pathways, with the "Endocytosis" pathway being of particular significance. These findings highlight the complex interactions between mRNAs and miRNAs in tubulopapillary CMTs, thereby improving the understanding of the pathophysiology of this CMT subtype and providing targets for functional validation of biomarkers and/or therapeutics.
These findings highlight the diagnostic and therapeutic relevance of Kisspeptin-10-associated molecular regulation in GB. This is the first study to integrate transcriptomics, miRNA-mRNA network analysis, and experimental validation to elucidate Kisspeptin-10-mediated modulation of GB progression.
The increased expression level of EGFR in GBM may be achieved by the negative regulatory effects of miR-4433b-5p. The diagnostic performance of the miRNA biomarkers still needs to be further verified in larger sample size cohorts.
Our study presents a miRNA-based machine learning model that distinguishes metastatic from non-metastatic prostate cancer patients following surgery. The panel's alignment with CAPRA underscores its clinical relevance and highlights its potential for integration into future clinical frameworks.
HDGF may serve as a clinically relevant biomarker for disease progression, while LINC00839 and miR-345-5p represent promising therapeutic targets. These findings provide a foundation for future investigations into ceRNA-based diagnostics and treatments in OC.
Plasma exosomal lncRNA-PVT1 expression is upregulated in highly invasive cells post-hypoxia, potentially serving as a biomarker for evaluating liver cancer prognosis after TACE. Through a miRNA-345-5p-mediated competing endogenous RNA mechanism, it promotes EMT in poorly invasive cells, likely contributing to recurrence and metastasis post-HCC interventional embolization.
Although our findings suggested a link between extracellular miRNAs and immunosuppressive biomarkers, this association did not achieve validation in the external cohort, possibly due to population heterogeneity. Collectively, this study advanced our understanding of the epigenetic orchestration of health hazards of Cr(VI) by exosomal miRNAs, shedding light on their expression signatures and their intricate interplay with Cr(VI)-induced genetic and immunological perturbations, thus providing novel perspectives on the toxic pathways of heavy metals.
MAPKAPK2, RELB, FLT3LG, and GADD45B were mainly enriched in the MAPK signaling pathway, and some genes were enriched in Axon guidance. This study has provided valuable information to further the understanding of the regulatory function of miRNAs in the host microenvironment and host-parasite interaction mechanisms.

In addition, exosomes mediated the intercellular transmission of circ_0000735, and serum exosomal circ_0000735 might be an important indicator for the diagnosis of NSCLC. In conclusion, circ_0000735 facilitated NSCLC progression via miR-345-5p/ADAM19 pathway, and serum exosomal circ_0000735 might be a potential biomarker for NSCLC diagnosis.
