The WT 1-AS/miR-206 axis regulates the proliferation and migration of breast cancer through the cuproptosis related gene BCL11A. (PubMed, Transl Cancer Res)
Our study elucidates a novel ceRNA network, the WT1-AS/miR-206/BCL11A axis, which regulates BC progression and modulates cuproptosis. These findings provide fresh insights into BC biology and highlight potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets centered on cuproptosis regulation.

In vitro investigation of miR-206-3p-loaded extracellular vesicles as modulators of Aβ-induced neurodegeneration. (PubMed, Biochem Biophys Res Commun)
Treatment with sEV-miR-206-3p effectively mitigated these alterations, reducing oxidative stress, suppressing neuroinflammatory responses, restoring mitochondrial function and synaptic protein levels, and attenuating tau and Aβ pathology. These findings demonstrate that miR-206-3p-loaded sEVs protect neuroblastoma cells from Aβ-induced neurodegenerative processes, highlighting their potential as a novel drug delivery system for neuroprotection.

Evidence-based medical evidence: non-coding RNAs serve as prognostic biomarkers for gastric cancer. (PubMed, Biomark Med)
A diminished expression of miR-133a, miR-141, miR-206, and miR-1236-3p predicted a poor OS of gastric cancer. Various non-coding RNAs are associated with the prognosis of gastric cancer based on new evidence-based medical evidence, which provides a potential value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

miRNAs Associated with Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis in Breast Cancer: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis. (PubMed, Ann Surg Oncol)
High expression of miRNA-155, miRNA-21, and miRNA-10b, and low expression of miRNA-200c and miRNA-124, were significantly correlated with ALNM in breast cancer patients. miRNAs are expected to become biomarkers for predicting ALNM in breast cancer patients, although more clinical trials are needed for validation.
