Herein, we demonstrated that hsa-mir-503 and hsa-mir-1247 could serve as new prognostic markers of PC, and hsa-mir-1247 had great potential to inhibit PC progression by suppressing the migration and invasion ability in vitro and in vivo.
In summary, LINC01124 plays a tumor-promoting role in HCC by regulating the miR-1247-5p-FOXO3 axis. The LINC01124-miR-1247-5p-FOXO3 pathway may provide a foundation for the identification of alternative therapies for HCC.
These results suggest that miR-1247-5p functions as a tumor suppressor in human astroglioma U251 cells via the miR-1247-5p/CDC14B/p53 signaling axis. These findings indicate that miR-1247-5p has the potential to be a therapeutic target and diagnostic marker for gliomas.
