TUSC7 suppresses human glioma cell proliferation and migration by negatively modulating miR-10a-5p and inhibiting the BDNF/ERK pathway, thus acting as a tumor suppressor gene in human gliomas.
These findings provide mechanistic insights into how miR-10a-5p regulates cervical cancer hyper-proliferation and metastasis, as well as a new target for clinical treatment. Nevertheless, whether miR-10a-5p/UBE2I axis can be regulated by non-invasive methods need further exploration, which will be the focus of our future research.
Notably, miR-10a-5p mimic-modified HGC-27 exo enhanced the viability, migration and tube formation ability of HUVECs, but this effect was impaired after up-regulating ZMYND11. In summary, miR-10a-5p from GC cells-derived exo enhances viability and migration of HUVECs by suppressing ZMYND11.
